etc is an independent company, established in 1996, providing consultancy and training services to social care, health and criminal justice organisations, and has a particular focus on assisting the work of multi-agency partnerships.

Our consultancy services have been demonstrated to significantly improve performance to meet local aspirations and national requirements, by detailed analysis, engaging stakeholders and supporting implementation of change. We are contracted by the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) under the Children's Improvement Framework to assist local authorities in developing services. We work with statutory, voluntary and private sector organisations.

Our training services focus on work with staff in the Social Care and Criminal Justice fields, and we provide a wide range of courses for professionals in Children's Services.

In all our work we aim to provide real improvement in services by helping to improve the skills and confidence of staff and the planning and implementation of services to achieve better outcomes for service users. Our Northamptonshire base is centrally located, enabling us to work with customers across England and Wales.
